All products which you can find in our store are made in Japan only.

  1.       What is the expiration date of the products?

Usually the expiration date of Japanese cosmetic products is three years after opening. However, there are some products with special expiration date. In such cases you can find the information about it in the product’s description.

All goods are purchased from producers’ stores or their official distributors.

  1.       How can I find a particular product?

You can write product’s name in the “search” field or look for it in the list of products by production or brands filters.

  1.       Is it possible to purchase a product which is not in your store?

Yes, it is possible. You just need to give us the name of the product you want to buy and we will find the information about it within one or two days.

  1.       How to buy goods from other Japanese online stores?
